I’m on a mission to rebrand HR – to show it doesn’t have to be corporate, cold, or disconnected from what really matters: people.

EHQ exists to bring the human element back to the workplace- to blend personality with credibility, strategy with empathy, and the ability to get things done with genuine care.

I’ll be honest, I want EHQ to grow and reach more clients who share this vision. But I’m not here to pretend to be something I’m not, or to compromise on what matters most. I want to work with organisations who are brave enough to face the truth about their culture and committed to building workplaces that genuinely support their people and their performance. Because when businesses are financially sustainable, they create stable, meaningful livelihoods, and everyone wins.

I’ve seen the best and worst of workplace culture- from loyal, hardworking people damaged by toxic environments, to well-intentioned employers trying to do the right thing but left powerless by poor systems, behaviours, or misplaced trust. These stories are rarely black and white, but they all point to the same truth: we can do better.

EHQ is on a mission to eradicate harmful workplace practices and help build organisations where both employers and employees thrive- where accountability and empathy go hand-in-hand, and where work becomes something deeply meaningful again.

Our commitment to giving back

EHQ, is committed to making a positive difference. Our commitment is to ensure our operations and existence make a meaningful difference to the wider community.

EHQ will contribute 5% of our profits to a not-for-profit organisation of our choice. EHQ also offers pro-bono opportunities to not-for-profit organisations. It is important for us to partner with purpose-led organisations and we welcome the opportunity to work on pro-bono projects. With limited capacity for these services, any not-for-profits interested in these services are encouraged to reach out to us as soon as possible.
